Students who do not qualify for free tuition can take affordable online and virtual classes. The $110 per credit hour remains the lowest tuition in the Baltimore area and the lowest out of State tuition.

CCBC offers on-campus housing to single, full-time students who are enrolled in 15 or more credits. We have six dormitories, each with its own unique location on our beautiful 47-acre campus.

D2C Eligibility and Requirements

You can demonstrate readiness through the CCBC Accuplacer entrance exam or through previous courses taken through a high school completer (CTE) program. An overall minimum GPA of 2.0 is required to earn the CCBC Program Certificate, unless specified in the CCBC catalog.

Students with regionally accredited degrees are also eligible for graduate school admission. Regional accreditation is not only the most prestigious accreditation form but also the most widely recognized, reviewed by a regional agency with the consensus of the Department of Education.

Pledging an additional $20 million in financial aid, the University of Maryland, College Park announced on Monday that it will cover all tuition and fees for low-income, in-state undergraduates, beginning January 1, 2023.
